The Belcourt family, Patricia, Marc, and children Lisa, 3, and Stephen, 7-stand outside their house in West Hill which they sold for $54,000, only to find 10 days later it had been resold for $63,000. Belcourt has asked the Supreme Court of Ontario to cancel the first sale and refund the $2,700 real estate commission. They have been offered the $9,000 and the commission out of court.
