Eye operation: Eye surgeon Dr. Lionel Chisholm of Toronto Western Hospital says a research clinic here would provide a centre where he and other doctors could share information on eye treatment techniques with researchers. Because there is no eye research institute in Canada, those with disease or injures often travel to the U.S., the site of the nearest eye centres.
