Original Toronto Star caption: Rita McQuillan wants her four-year-old son back because she says she has gained maturity and stability as a member of the Hare Krishna religious movement. Last week; Mr. Justice Dennis O'Leary of the Ontario Supreme Court awarded custody to the child's maternal grandmother because; he said the 24-year-old mother lacked the same two qualities - maturity and stability. The judge also said the movement committed her totally to God and not the boy; Sean. That's a contradiction; Mrs. McQuillan told a news conference yesterday. If you love God; it's an automatic sign that you love your child.
