Reynolds is chairman; the boat; a 106-foot vessel powered by twin Diesel engines will se touris serivce next season. A near mishap followed the floating of the Chief Commanda when a strong wind blew it toward the dock and near smaller craft. Quick work by dock hands averted the impending trouble.
