Original Toronto Star caption: Seven years of work and $500;000 have saved the 89-year-old steamship Segwun and next summer she will once again start carrying passengers on romantic cruises of the Muskoka lakes. Segwun and sister steamships Sagamo and Cherokee plied the lakes in the mid-50s but the other two ships have gone to watery graves. Volunteer workers and on Ontario Road Builders' Association grant saved Segwun.
