Original Toronto Star caption: Weatherman's Christmas Present . . . more snow; Fisherman David Franklin spent Boxing Day in a bid for rainbow trout in waters off Ontario Hydro's Hearn generating station. Thank goodness there weren?t too many people going to work this morning or it would have been a giant tie-up; he said. Over 15 centimetres of snow (6 inches) fell on Metro yesterday and more is expected. The snow provided opportunity for trying out Christmas gifts of toboggans and skiis and kept at least one Waverley Rd. resident busy with the shovel.
