Lot 24, Con. 1 East. Bayview Avenue. Nicholas Munshaw house, in what was then Newtonbrook. Lot was owned by Jacob Munshaw in 1811, and inherited by Nicholas in 1865. Bought by John Alexander Brumwell in 1894. His wife, Janet Kennedy Brumwell, is on the verandah.
