Lot 19, Con. 2 East. Bayview Ave - 3101. Kingsdale Jersey Farm, south house. James Fox began purchasing the land that would make up the farm in 1918. The farm itself was run by his sons John and (after John's death) Jim, and was a large dairy and cattle farm. The family also owned Filtro Electric Company, which was a manufacturer of coffee percolators and other kitchen appliances. The family closed the dairy in 1936, and ceased farm operations in 1954. They moved out of the area in the 1960s, and the houses were finally demolished in December, 1972.
