Original Toronto Star caption: Rope rescue: High gusting winds were blowing people all about at Bay and Front Sts. yesterday afternoon. Outside the Royal Bank tower; ropes were strung along the sidewalk to help pedestrians manoeuvre against the heavy gusts. And people hung on to each other as well.
