Original Toronto Star caption: Rushing Floodwaters of Highland Creek in Scarborough all but submerge one of two concrete-mixer tucks that plunged in when entry ramp of bridge collapsed. One flipped over four times and sank. Driver Lloyd Thompson said his vehicle got stuck on rock before storm hit and before we could do anything; the flood came. Traffic snarls caused by the downpour were particularly severe in Scarborough.
