Original Toronto Star caption: Opposing the nine-week-old strike of secondary school teachers; students march and chant at Queen's Park yesterday. Other students sold T-shirts with such slogans as Do your parents work? No; they're teachers. The 8;800 striking teachers would be forced to return to work on Monday or face fines of up to $500 a day under a bill introduced today in the Legislature. The Liberal party supports the bill; thus guaranteeing that it will pass. The NDP is undecided.
