Original Toronto Star caption: Shouting and placard-waving parents and pupils were held back momentarily by barricades at the Legislature today before breaking through into hallways leading to Premier David Peterson's office to protest the Metro teachers' strike. They were rebuffed by Ontario Provincial Police and security guards; but no one was arrested. Education Minister Chris Ward tried to appease them.
