Original Toronto Star caption: A voice of dissent makes itself heard loud and clear at yesterday's meeting of Local 43 of the Canadian Union of Public Employees in the O'Keefe Centre. The local represents Metro's outside workers; including garbage men; who went on strike Friday. Despite the objections of men like him; the union accepted a new contract giving a 15 per cent raise in pay to be spread over next two years.
