Original Toronto Star caption: Canadian peace observer; Capt. Frank Bryant of Belleville; Ont.; was one of four International Commission of Control and Supervision (ICCS) members supervising the release of the first contingent of 900 Viet Cong women prisoners of war today. The release took place at Binh Thuy Air Force Base in South Viet Nam. The women; who refused food and new clothes; waited silently on the runway for trip home.
