They are ready for rough and tough work; but like this one; they are glad to have gloves to keep the hands neat. She is an expert in welding. A poster in the factory shows Hitler holding an aching head; as well he might; at the thought of the acceleration in manufacture of war materials on this continent; out of reach fo his bombs.
