Original Toronto Star caption: Changing skyline; Swinging high-above the ground on their precarious perches; window washer Dennis Brillian (right) and his partner are on the outline looking in but they don't impede a downtown office worker's view of the city; looking north from the waterfront across the Gardiner Expressway. But that thick plate glass does mean the window washers and the office worker can't communicate-except by using sign language.
