Original Toronto Star caption: Premier takes a hand: Highlight of Johnny Lombardi's 10th annual International Picnic at Toronto Island yesterday was the Miss Bikini contest. Premier William Davis arrived just in time to be introduced to the largest crowd of the day gathered at the stage where the contest was held; and to join the judges who were deadlocked in their choice for first place.
