Original Toronto Star caption: New toys and a new heart helper, With a newly installed atomic-powered pacemaker regulating his heart, 2 1/2-year-old Michael Helder of Hagersville, Ont., is cuddled by nurse Elizabeth Kepler and tempted with new toys yesterday at the Hospital for Sick Children. The little boy has a conventional pacemake in his chest since he was a few months old' doctors hope the new one, which costs $2,500, will last him for 10 years.
