Original Toronto Star caption: Peggy Keants, a registered nursing assistant, is going to lose her job - because her own union settled a labor dispute with her employer, Oakridge Villa nursing home. Keatsis one of about 48 RNAs who will be fired next month so health care aides can return to their jobs. The health care aides were fired by the Finch Ave. W. nursing home last year when the RNAs were hired in a move to upgrade staff in the nursing home's heavy care wing. The RNAs and the health care aides are represented by the same union, the Service Employees International Union. [Incomplete]
