Original Toronto Star caption: Taking, aim, the two women on the Durham Regional Police force practise their shooting on the police range. Policeman Anne Crawford (in uniform), who's been on the force for four years, works with juveniles in the youth bureau. Constable Nancy Tronstad, a newcomer, will work in a patrol car once her uniform arrives, dealing with accidents and domestic fights.
