Original Toronto Star caption: A police award for the brigadier, Salvation Army Brigadier Stanley Jackson (left) and Brigadier Reg Ramsey congratulate Brigadier Phoebe Bolton after she received a Civilian Citation award from Metro Police Commission yesterday. Brigadier Bolton was on duty at the army's suicide prevention bureau when a woman called to say she was going to kill her children then herself. The brigadier called police, who stopped woman.
