The month of May has been declared Red Shield Month and the Parade also marked the kick-off of the Army?s fund-raising drive to finance services to aid senior citizens, the mentally handicapped, alcoholics and the sick, among others. Tuba player Howard Foss (right front), 73, of the Royal Canadian Legion Concert Band (Branch 344) takes a break during the City Hall ceremony.
