Original Toronto Star caption: Horseback riders yesterday tried out the 200-mile Great Ridge Trail; which stretches from the Trenton area in the east to Campbelleville area in the west. The official opening took place in the Palgrave conservation area near Georgetown. One hundred members of the Ontario Trail Riders Association have spent three years mapping route; an alternative to riding on busy roads.
