Original Toronto Star caption: Hacking about in the park. A horse; sunshine; a park and a path - what more does a rider need? These youngsters hacking in Sunnybrook Park are part of a group registered for lessons with the YMCA. They get their lessons at the Central Don Stables; but it's not all trail-riding fun. Before they can go out on hacks; the riders must learn how to master and tend to their mounts; equestrian rules; etiquette and stable management. And after the ride; it's back to work; grooming and stabling the sweating; faithful steeds.
