Original Toronto Star caption: Getting out the kinks: Two mounts from the Glenn Magnusson stable pound through the slop at Woodbine as spring training gets under way for thoroughbreds. While the majority of the 1;400 horses normally stabled at Woodbine were shipped to winter quarters last December - neighboring farms for most; Florida for a few hundred others - nearly 200 runners never left the Rexdale track.
