The $1.5 million racing plant opens Wednesday at the Barrie Fairgrounds. Fresh from successful harness racing at Windsor; Earl Rowe; Jr.; is the operator of new track and intends to have clean competitive racing; great security; good conditions for the horsemen. The new track will hold 2;200 racing fans but Rowe expects 900 to 1;200 per night.
