Original Toronto Star caption: A pleasant scull session off sunnyside; Oarsman Andy Wyrobek of the Argonaut Rowing Club finds the sunny; balmy autumn weather ideal for sculling last evening as he glides through the water of Lake Ontario near the Sunnyside waterfront. Ever since the days of Ned Hanlan; who won the world sculling championship in 1880; the first Canadian to hold the title; sculling has been popular in Toronto Bay. Hanlan's Point on Toronto Islands is named for him and his statue stands on the shore of Lake Ontario.
