Original Toronto Star caption: The Pool Hall run by Mac Jerama (left ) is the only place in Action where young men can meet their friends; according to 17-year-old Dave Braida (right). Others say they like the all-male atmosphere. Girls rarely go in; and adults prefer to go bowling or to sit in one of the licensed hotels. Jerama has eight tables in what was the Roxy Theatre; and charges about 50 cents and hour to shoot pool.
