Original Toronto Star caption: Ski bird: The artificial snow machines were in full swing yesterday at Glen Eden Ski Centre just west of Milton. Skiing director Doug Leeming (left) and something known as Tidy T. Vulture took to the slopes to test the white stuff. Under the vulture skin is Carla Jansen. The ski centre is run by the Halton Region Conservation Authority; whose symbol is the turkey vulture. The birds live in the cliffs overlooking the slopes.
