Washington Redskins spoiled Bills' unveiling; however; winning NFL exhibiton; 37-21. A mounumental traffic jam developed and some fans didn't get to seats in football-only park until well into third quarter of the game. Erie County taxpayers footed hil for $22 million stadium.
