Somewhere in New Guinea; Nov. 15-(Delayed)-The film stars Gary Cooper; Una Merkel and Phyllis Brooks admitted today they had had enough thrills in 24 hours to last us a lifetime. In the early hours of this morning the party of film favorites was awakened by the largest Jap night attack levelled against this area in many weeks. Enemy bombs crashed less than half a mile from where they huddled in slit trenches. Both Miss Merkel and Miss Brooks were muddied by the wet trench in which they took shelter; and Miss Merkel lost her wrist watch.
