It belongs to Les Rubie; who has been in and around Toronto? show business for 33 years; but became a famous face overnight when he starred in the popular Lottario television ads in which he plays a shopkeeper who sells a ticket to the spinsterish Miss Penelope (Toronto actress Carol Robinson). Thanks to that one commercial; Rubie's career has taken off.
