Original Toronto Star caption: One of the most visible of Toronto's new wave bands, The B-Girls will be at the El Mocambo Aug. 28 and 29, before heading for two New York clubs. Left to right: Marci, Cynthia, Lucasta and Xenia. Star rock critic Peter Goddard says their projected innocence is not an invitation that they can be taken advantage off. The girls have created their own sterotyped role of the innocent, pre-'60s generation.
