An actor turns his nose up and becomes cyrano

Original Toronto Star caption: An actor turns his nose up and becomes cyrano. Backstage at the Royal Alexandra Theatre; actor Christopher Plummer is undergoing not-so-subtle changes for his part as Cyrano in the musical of that name which opens at the King St. W. theatre tonight. Musical is based on 1897 play; Cyrano de Bergerac; and Plummer is required to have the pointed nose of the eloquent adventurer who woos beautiful Roxana. Production is directed by choreographer Michael Kidd with book and lyrics by Anthony Burgess.
