Original Toronto Star caption: Creating face of Christ is the hobby of Gilbert Neil Amelio; a major in the United States Air Force. He says he got idea for his Face of Christ sculptures after a series of his prayers were answered. His work is always destroyed after it is finished. It take 40 minutes to produce for clay.
