Original Toronto Star caption: Alex neveroff poses in front of his controversial 500-square-foot mural at O'Neill Collegiate in Oshawa; where Neveroff used to teach. Teachers voted not to paint over the work; recognized in the Art List of Ontario; when the school redecorates the staff lounge. Neveroff said he spent a year of after-class work on the mural at the request of former principal Angus Dixon; but Arnold Schell; present principal; said there are many of us who wouldn't defend it as a piece of art.
