Frontispiece and 22 leaves of plates included in pagination. Includes some songs and ballads, and Robin Hood's epitaph (in gothic script). Sheets for 510 copies were sent to Sampson Low for distribution in England. T.p. has ornamental border, title vignette; printed in red and black. Head- and tail pieces. With pictorial half title.
