Original Toronto Star caption: An apple orchard; maintained and picked by a commercial operator; surrounds the CUNA Mutual Insurance Society building on the North Service Rd. beside Highway 403. CUNA and its sister firm; CUMIS Insurance Society; plan a 20-year expansion program in which two buildings will be constructed without disturbing the orchard. The first phase; a three-storey building near the present one; is scheduled to be started this summer.
