Original Toronto Star caption: The $6.1 million sports centre under construction in Centennial Park is nearing completion and Etobicoke Mayor Dennis Flynn visited the site yesterday to confer with Walter Kraemer, the construction superintendent. The centre will be the site of the 1976 Olympiad for the Handicapped; Sir Ludwig Guttman of England, an authority on crippling diseases, will inspect the centre on Sept. 24.
