Original Toronto Star caption: Checking for a clean bill of health; Don Murray monitors Hydro Mississauga substation meters. Murray is employed by Sunohio of Canada; which was contracted to chemically decontaminate PCB-polluted substation transformers and one bulk-oil storage area. The procedure will lower the existing trace elements of the cancer-linked PCBs to below the government standard. Hydro Mississauga is the first public utility in Ontario to begin the massive clean-up job.
