Original Toronto Star caption: Marooned by a 10-foot trench. Bob and Kathy Rheaume woke up yesterday morning to find their home north of Oakville cut off from Highway 25 by a 10-foot trench for a storm sewer. They live three miles from the nearest store; and their truck was parked beside the house. A spokesman for the firm that dug the trench says it's up to the Ministry of Transport to notify people their driveways will be cut off. The trench has been filled but won't hold the truck.
