Original Toronto Star caption: Gordon Lefebvre carries out improvements. Built in 1867 and for many years the rectory of Oakville's first Anglican church Hollyrood purchased recently by Gordon Lefebvre; vice-president of Oakland Motor Car Co.; is at present being throughtly renovated. Roy bishop; architect; is in charge of the work; and when completed the new Holyrood will e one of the outstanding country homes of the district. Above are shown: (1) the house with its added sleeping porch; Verandah and three-car garage; (4) a few of the 5;000 new trees which have been planted on the property to replace old dead trees shown in (3) that are being burned; (2) is a grape vine arbor; one of the many features of the grounds; and the work of hte landscape architect.
