Original Toronto Star caption: Archbishop McGuigan consecrates soldiers' plot. Archbishop J. C. McGuigan consecrated a new soldiers' plot Sunday on the grounds of St. Augustine's seminary, Scarboro township, adjacent to the priests cemetery. Thousands of citizens and Roman Catholic Legionnaires attended the open air service. The archbishop is shown during the consecration.
