Metro's Transportration Committee yesterday recommended that the Old Weston Rd. bridge over the CP Rail tracks north of Dupont St. be replaced at an estimated cost of $1.5million. But before Metro spends any money on the bridge; City Council must agree to any widenings needed in the area; Metro Chairman Albert Campbell said. Considered unsafe; the bridge has been closed since last July 17 for a trial period.
