Original Toronto Star caption: Seaman-Kent plant sold. Through the real estate department of the Trusts and Guarantee Co., Ltd., the J. I. Case Co., now located on Dufferin St., purchased the former Seaman-Kent plant, 262-278 Wallace Ave. The lot is 178 by 274 feet, with siding. The buildings, of brick and metal, are 75 by 135 feet and 28 by 72 feet. The property was listed at $60,000. The company will move from their present plant to the new one around July 1.
