Original Toronto Star caption: Penthouse living in the loft of an old factory at 24 Ryerson Ave.; sets the lifestyle of printmaker Charles Pachter; here entertaining Janet Hunter; left; and Jacqueline Ostiguy; of Montreal. Pachter owns the four-storey building; which he calls Artery. He has furnished his own apartment with many pieces of second-hand furniture. The rest of the building contains studios used by artists and craftsmen; who like its convenient; downtown location.
