These two Canadian long tankers; moored at Toronto Harbor's Pier 53; won't be going anywhere for the rest of the long; cold winter as this year's shipping season winds down. The 1976 overseas shipping season came to a close last week as the last two ocean-going ships in the Port of Toronto raced to get out of the St. Lawrence Seaway system before being trapped by the freeze-up. The Port of Toronto handleld a total of 772;821 tons of overseas cargo up to Dec. 4 this year.
