Original Toronto Star caption: Vandals broke into the inuseum buildings at Old Fort York last night and stole old muskets; swords; and smashed doors; windows and a plate glass showcase. A year and a half ago; a similar attack on the old fort was marked by a German flag found the next morning hoisted on the flag pole. The main damage in the latest raid was in the old north barracks where two large showcases contain life-size plaster figures in the unithieves tried to gain entrance through two of the old windows.
