Original Toronto Star caption: $15;000 alteration to be made. The largest business property sale reported this week is an entire business block at the southwest corner of Eglinton Ave. and Dundas St.; which has been purchased by William H. Miles for $90;000. The two-storey block; which was completed about four years ago; comprises eleven stores with twelve apartments and office suites above. Alternations involving an outlay of an additional $15;000 are contempated immediately by the new owner. The chain store department of R. B. Rice and Sons; realtors; 60 Victoria St.; negotiated the sale of this important corner property; which was formerly owned by Florence Bishop.
