Above are photographs of two well-known Toronto properties (1) is the old Toronto Club premises; 77 York St.; that once was owned by the Chewett family; who also owned the old Roslyn House; now the Prince George hotel. It is reported; but not confirmed; that this property is being purchased as an investment and that its present role will remain unaltered; (2) is the northwest corner of Yonge and Breadalbane Sts.; 530-530 Yonge St. This corner has been purchased by clients of the real estate department of the Chartered Trust and Executor Co. for $125;000.
